CONSTITUTION IS TO BLAME
Support A1+!RA Prime Minister Andranik Margaryan has once said that migration of young specialists is observed and he cannot explain how it would be possible to feed the disabled population and hold back young people in Armenia.
Today guest of the National Press Club, RPA leader Galust Sahakyan did not say whether the republicans managed to find an answer to this question. However he bound the development of the country with the adoption of the new Constitution.
“The political developments fall behind of economic”, he noted.
As for the opposition Galust Sahakyan stated that such does not exist in Armenia, there are only people with different viewpoints and ideologies.
What authorities do we have? “If we had strong opposition it would force the authorities to work normally. If we had strong authorities we would have normal opposition”, the RPA leader said.
