They must be harmonious with the social developments and contribute to them», said the RA President Robert Kocharyan today during the Conference organized in connection with the 10th anniversary of the adoption of the Constitution and formation of the Constitutional court.
The CoE Venice Commission secretary, the heads of the Human Rights European Court and the Constitutional Right International Association as well as heads of the Constitutional Courts, lawyers and scientists of several CoE member-countries have arrived in Armenia in order to participate in the Conference.
By the way, this is the 10th time a suchlike conference has been organized in Yerevan.
