“The conflicting party to be the first to launch hostilities will be expelled from the Council of Europe”, Council of Europe Secretary General Terry Davis stated.

As reported by day.az, his opinion is based on the fact that both Azerbaijan and Armenia undertook the obligation to settle the conflict peacefully.

“Independently of what the Armenian politicians say, everyone knows that Armenia has seized Azeri territories located between Nagorno Karabakh and the Armenian-Azeri border”, he said.
