HOVANNISIAN LED BY THE PROFITS OF THE COUNTRY

Is it possible for Armenia to be oriented to the NATO as a result of democratic reforms? Mr. Hovannisian said that there is no intention to become member of the NATO, but Armenia must correspond to the international standards by its military-civic preparation.
Not seeing perspectives of military cooperation with the NATO, Raffi Hovannisian found the development of relations with COE, USA, RF, CIS, our neighbors of the Muslim world and Georgia extremely important.
