YOUTH AGAINST CORRUPTION

“Corruption is a malignant growth of our society” chairman of the Youth Party of Armenia Sargis Sargsyan stated when informing about the formation of one more anti-corruption organization – the Youth Anti-Corruption Center of Armenia.

180 members will combat corruption in the education system. “These young people will work devotedly and honestly”, he assured adding that their activities can be controlled by press only.

At the initial stage the center will function at its own expense, however Sargis Sargsyan did not rule out receiving of grants. Center members will be accredited in the Ministry of Education and will take part as observers in 20 centralized subject examinations and 20 specialized examinations.

He also informed that their activities are not directed against any political force, politician or party.

To remind, this year will be the last when examinations are held in centralized order.
