DEPUTIES OF THE NKR PARLIAMENT DISCUSSING THE REPORT ON EXECUTION OF THE STATE BUDGET FOR 2004

On June 7, a joint session of the permanent commissions of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic National Assembly with the participation of Government members took place, at which the report on the execution of the NKR state budget for 2004 was presented.
Explanations in various spheres were given by NKR Minister of Town-Building Boris Alaverdian, Chief of the State Tax Service under the Government Hakob Kagramanian, Chairman of the State Fund of Social Insurance Vasiliy Avetisian, etc.
In particular, it was noted that the NKR domestic gross product in 2004 rose in comparison with that of the previous year by 18%, the volume of foreign turnover - by 32%, tax liabilities are exceeded at 30%. 62.5% of the means of the 2004 state budget were directed to the solution of social problems.
During 4 days the report will be discussed in the permanent commissions of the NKR National Assembly. The results of the discussions will be summed up at the last plenary session of the NKR Parliament of the 3rd summoning.
