WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CITY PROJECT?

Particularly, secretary of the «Democratic Delegate» fraction Vahram Baghdasaryan asked what the fate of the Vanadzor main project will be, and when the city will resemble a city, «It is not a city but a group of stones. People build whatever they want wherever they want. When shall we have the city project? »
Urban Development Aram Haroutyunyan announced that there is already the project of Vanadzor and they will soon start to build the city according to the project. As for the deconstruction of the already built constructions and the compensation for them, Aram Haroutyunyan could not give a clear-cut answer.
The Armenian Revolutionary Federation in the face of Levon Mkrtchyan offered to help the Urban Development Minister to solve the problem of the village Jrashen of the Lori region where people live in temporary container-houses. Aram Haroutyunyan informed that the budget has allotted 880 million drams to the Lori region, and 340 houses have been investigated in the region.
