KARABAKH SETTLEMENT SHOULD BE FROZEN
Support A1+!Under the present conditions Chairman of the National Democratic Union Vazgen Manukyan does not see any admissible variant of the Karabakh conflict settlement. According to him the best variant would be to freeze the process for 20-20 years. During this time the regional processes of integration should be settled, he says.
The present position of Vazgen Manukyan is conditioned by his sustainable approach towards the problem: the return of lands only and no territorial concessions. «The hearings in the NA led to my great disappointment. The leadership speaks not of mutual concessions but of concessions simply. It is a pity that the Defense Minister speaks about it, as after his speech I got the impression that it was directed to outer forces», Manukyan stated.
