ANTICORRUPTION FUSS AND TROUBLE IN COURT
Support A1+!Today the Court of original jurisdiction of the Kentron and Nork Marash districts of Yerevan proceeded to the examination of anticorruption problems. The legal procedure is held by Judge Martirosyan.
Chairman of Human Rights and Democracy party Ruben Torosyan brought a suit against the commission for the monitoring of the anticorruption strategy, the activities or to be precise inactivity of which conflicts with the law on state bodies. During the hearing Ruben Torosyan called to urge the commission to form working groups composed of members of public organizations and parties.
The responding party asked for a week’s break. As the request met no objections the next sitting of the court was fixed for April 12, 5 p.m.
