CIS executive secretary, head of the executive committee Vladimir Roushailo is in Baku on a 4-day visit. According to official information, the organizational issues of the following summit of the CIS heads on August 26 in Kazan will be discussed.

By the way, a non-official suchlike summit will be organized in Moscow on May 8. Roushailo has informed that before the organization of the official meeting in Moscow the meeting of the CIS Foreign Minister will take place in Moscow, and the heads of the CIS countries will meet twice.

According to Roushailo in Baku they will discuss “the issues of cooperation within the framework of CIS”. By the one of the decisions of the previous summit is carried out according to which the CIS structures must be perfectionized.

In Baku Roushailo will meet the Azerbaijani President, Prime Minister, the Parliament and the Foreign Minister.
