THE DELEGATES DO NOT WANT TO APPEAL TO THE CONSTITUTIONAL COURT
Support A1+!Since March 22 a collection of signatures has started in the Parliament, which, in case of collecting the necessary quantity of votes, will allow the delegates to appeal to the constitutional court. The initiator of the collection is the United Labor Party, which wants to prove in the CC that the NA Law does not correspond to the RA Constitution. In the latter, for example, it is indirectly stated that the Parliamentary sessions must be convened every week, not with the interval of 3 weeks.
Although the dates of suchlike collections of signatures are not restricted by law, Gurgen Arsenyan, head of the United Labor Party, does not hurry to announce how many NA delegates have joint his initiative.
