HMAYAK HOVHANNISYAN THREATENS
Support A1+!Hmayak Hovhannisyan, the NA independent delegate, is going to start a new collection of signatures in the Parliament to announce impeachment to Robert Kocharyan. The ground is not yet known, but he hopes that NA President Arthur Baghdasaryan will join him.
Hmayak Hovhannisyan is angry with the Parliament's majority spoiling for the second time the special session convened by the initiative of the delegate – about the return of the deposits. Because of this attitude towards the 2 million 200 thousand depositors, Hmayak Hovhannisyan announced about the death of the coalition, so he put a wreath in the Parliament lobby «in memory of the coalition».
This fact aroused a question in the NA working group head if how Hmayak Hovhannisyan was able to enter the NA building with a wreath. Surprised in his turn by this surprise Hmayak Hovhannisyan answered, «Do you think Nairi Hounanyan could enter the building with weapon and I couldn't with flowers? The sergeant who let me in even honored me. After the revolution I will find him. That sergeant must become a general».
By the way, yesterday when Hmayak Hovhannisyan put the wreath in the Parliament lobby, Galust Sahakyan, head of the Armenian Republican Party, and delegate Vladimir Badalyan quickly put Hmayak Hovhannisyan's photo above the wreath. Mr. Sahakyan commented on this act quoting the Armenian customs, that «the wreath demands a photo». Approaching the question philosophically, Hmayak Hovhannisyan says, «This is a cry of despair. Their place is the historical dump. And the people will show them it».
Hmayak Hovhannisyan also threatened the authorities that he will enter the NA building with the 2 million 200 thousand depositors, and then our political elite will envy even Askar Akaev.
