WHY DO THEY AVOID THE TERM "TO DISSOLVE"?
Support A1+!Today in the Parliament during the Constitutional discussions the NA deputy president Tigran Torosyan almost shouted several times at Rafik Petrosyan, who was representing the coalition variant of the constitution. The reason was that it was ununderstandable what variant he was representing.
After the mentioning of NA delegate Khachatur Sukiasyan Tigran Torosyan had to remind Rafik Petrosyan about his role, after which, feeling that Mr. Petrosyan does not answer the questions directly, warned the delegates, “Mr. Petrosyan’s answers may fail to satisfy all of you”.
The next one who raised his voice on Rafik Petrosyan was Simon Kamsarakan, who simply started an argument over the point about dissolving the NA. According to Kamsarakan, the term “to dissolve the parliament” is not used, so that a problem of responsibility does not arise, as “dissolution” supposes a kind of sin, and people must answer for their sins.
