Before the anniversary of the 1915 Armenian Genocide organized by the Ottoman Empire the Armenian organizations have called the US President to use in his April 24 speech the expression “Armenian Genocide”.

This year the appeal is more than ever grounded, as during the recent meeting with the representatives of the Armenian communities John Evans, the US Ambassador to Armenia, has announced that «the Armenian Genocide is the first Genocide of the 20th century».
