Man arrested on case of Jirayr Sefilian and others to be free
The Cassation Court today decided to change the preventive measure of Artur Movsisyan's detention on Jirayr Sefilian and others' case. The court decided to elect Arthur Movsisyan's signature as a preventive measure and send a case to the Court of Appeal for a new trial. Artur Movsisyan was found guilty of committing a crime in an organized group and was sentenced to three years in prison. His case was examined separatly from the case of Jirayr Sefian and others.
