Paruyr Hayrikyan: If one says there will be no obstacle, it means one will stay neutral

According to the leader of the National Self-Determination Union, the RPA statement does not mean that it will not hinder the upcoming PM's election. "If one says there will be no obstacle, it means one will stay neutral. If the candidate does not pass, the republicans will say, see, your candidate did not pass," said Paruyr Hayrikyan. "I believe that the election will be held, and if not, I will be happy, since this will mean that the people's rally will continue," noted Ashot Manucharyan. Paruyr Hayrikyan thinks that the new parliamentary elections are not profitable for the RPA. "So he can give Nikol Pashinyan a cabinet, but the RPA keeps the government in a position to put it in a deadlock every second."   The leader of the National Self-Determination Union thinks any reform is deceptive as long as the question of political prisoners is not solved. "The existence of political prisoners is a proof that everything is bad in the country. This crowd could solve the issue of political prisoners. You need to immediately release them." Ashot Manucharyan hopes that today's movement participants will not repeat the mistakes of the 1988's. "In 1988 we sent noble people to power, we left them alone against the predatory system, and the system devoured them. Half a year later some of them became corrupt and then became widespread. " Ashot Manucharyan suggests introducing a culture of organizing rallies, at least once a month to organize a rally and make people part of the country's government.
