No progress in case of "March 1"
The RA Special Investigative Service has been giving the same response for years to the HCAV's inquiry on investigative actions to find out the circumstances of the death of victims who died on March 1, 2008: "The RA Special Investigative Service continues to examine the criminal cases initiated on the March 1 mass disorder and the deaths of 10 people." While the SIS refuses to answer the HCAV office's specific questions on the preliminary investigation, which provide concrete answers, considering them as pre-investigation secret.
