Vardan Avetisyan appointed Adviser to Armenian Defense Minister
Armenian Defense Minister Vigen Sargsyan has appointed Vardan Avetisyan his adviser, the Ministry’s press service reports. Before the appointment, Avetisyan headed the Information and Public Relations Department of the Ministry of Defense.
