Samad Seyidov angered by Armenian delegate
Support A1+!An incident occurred at the European Conservatives and Reformists Group after Naira Zohrabyan, a member of the Armenian delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) gave the Group members brochures “Azerbaijan’s war crimes.” The brochure presents facts of violence committed by Azerbaijan in Karabakh conflict zone on April 2-5 which are ethically permissible to publish. Naira Zohrabyan handed one of the brochures to the head of Azerbaijani delegation to PACE, Samad Seyidov. “Are you distributing here another Photoshop document?” Seyidov said accusing the Armenian delegate of violating the PACE regulations. At the same time, the Azerbaijani representative said they also had documents with them. However, after Turkish delegates tried to join in the conversation, Seyidov said the Karabakh topic is closed because 'it is a very sensitive topic.'
