NKR MOD hails call of Personal Representative to the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office
The NKR MOD hails the call of Ambassador Andrzej Kasprzyk, Personal Representative to the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office, to adhere to the ceasefire regime. We note that the NKR Defense Army has taken unilateral steps for trust building and easing the tension during the whole period of the confrontation and is ready to adhere to its stance also during the period noted by Personal Representative to the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office. At the same time it was expected to find a clear readiness in the statement by the Azerbaijani MOD to preserve the ceasefire regime and not to take provocative actions. Press service of the NKR MOD
