Karabakh refutes Azerbaijani reports that its forces wounded 17-year-old boy
Nagorno-Karabakh’s Defense Ministry refutes Azerbaijani reports alleging that Armenian troops have fired in the direction of Aghdam, wounding Joshgun Mammadov, a 17-year-old resident. “The information circulated by the Azerbaijani propaganda machine and confirmed by the country’s Defense Ministry is not true. The Defense Army’s vanguard units remain faithful to their principles and not only refrain from firing at peaceful civilians, particularly school-age young people, but also take preventive measures only in cases of extreme necessity. Hence, the information can be viewed as another a failed attempt of the Azerbaijani propaganda,” the NKR Defense Ministry said.
