Half a million votes were falsified [during the Sunday constitutional referendum in Armenia] … There is not a single polling station where “Yes” won legitimately,” Head of the Armenian National Congress (HAK) faction Levon Zurabyan said at the Media Center today. According to my estimations, 825 000 people went to the polls, with 575 000 saying ‘No’ and 250 000 “Yes” to the government-backed amendments.
