UN Human Rights Committee gives instructions regarding March 2008 events
The UN Human Rights Committee has released its second periodic report concerning the implementation of Armenia’s obligations under the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights. We remind that the Helsinki Citizens' Assembly Vanadzor Office and the Geneva-based Centre for Civil and Political Rights presented an alternative report on the implementation of the aforesaid commitments.
