Azerbaijan hands over Armenian private
On November 18, at around 1.30pm, the Azerbaijani side handed over to the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic an Armenian solder, who was held in Azerbaijani captivity since march 22 after crossing the Armenian-Azerbaijani border. Private Andranik A Grigoryan ter left his military post stationed in the eastern direction of the Karabakh Defense Army on March 22, leaving his gun and ammunition behind. Grigoryan's extradition to the Karabakh side took place through the mediation of the ICRC mission in the Nagorno Karabakh Republic, near the settlement of Bash Karvend.
