HAK and HZhK present structure and composition of joint headquarters
The Armenian National Congress (HAK) and the People's Party of Armenia (HZhK) have presented the structure of their joint headquarters as part of their “No” campaign ahead of the upcoming referendum on constitutional amendments. The decision to set up joint headquarters was made at the HAK Board meeting on Saturday. The headquarters will be headed by Levon Zurabyan. The headquarters also includes Aram Manukyan, Stepan MInasyan, Samvel Abrahamyan, Gagik Jhangiryan, Avetis Avagyan, Arayk Ktikyan, Arman Musinyan, Vahagn Khachatryan, Vladimir Karapetyan, Roland Avetisyan, Ashot Sargsyan, Rudik Atabekyan, Arshak Banuchyan, Vahan Vardapetyan, Gegham Babayan, Sargis Tamazyan, Areg Gevorgyan, Aram Manukyan and Gevorg Gevorgyan. Avetis Avagyan (HAK) and Arayik Ktikyan (HZhK) will coordinate the activities of regional offices. Arman Musinyan (HAK) and Roland Avetisyan (HZhK) will be responsible for campaigning and media coverage. Gagik Jhangiryan (HAK) and Rudik Atabekyan (HZhK) will be in charge of legal issues and Areg Gevorgyan (HAK) and Gegha Babayan (HZhK) – for organization of public events. Vladimir Karapetyan (HAK) and Aram Manukyan (HZhK) will maintain ties with international organizations and election observation missions.
