Karen Chshmarityan has no information about the buyer of ENA
Today after the Government session in the interview with journalists the Minister of Economy Karen Chshmarityan said that he still doesn’t have any information about “Liormand Holdings Limited” company, which is ready to buy 100% shares of “Electric Networks of Armenia” CJSC. He repeated what was said during the session that the relevant ministries were assigned to present their conclusions on the offer of “Inter RAO”. To remind, during today’s session the Government discussed the bid of “Inter RAO Holding B.V.” company to sell the ENA. So the ENA will be sold to a company registered in Cyprus.
