Coordinating body to be set up to investigate Gyumri tradegy
Head of the Investigation Committees of Armenian and Russia today signed an agreement on forming a coordinating body to ensure an effective cooperation in the investigation of a family murder in Gyumri. The coordinating body will involve ten experts and criminologists from both countries. The heads of the Investigation committees, Aghvan Hovsepyan (Armenia) and Alexander Bastrykin (Russia) stressed the importance of conducting a comprehensive investigation and exposing all facts related to the murder.
